Shipping
Parcels are sent in three days after payment. Shipping is by Canada Post and calculated during checkout.
Optional extra package protection is furnished by Route. Package protection is highly recommended for the Small Packet method of shipping.
Payment
Payments will be charged in Canadian dollars. You can use the drop down menu to estimate the amount in another currency according to daily rates.
The following payment methods are accepted: credit card (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to one week after receipt of items. Shipping costs are responsibilities of the buyer.
If a minerals happens to be broken during shipping, you will be reimbursed fully . If a mineral is wrongly identified, you will be reimbursed too.
